Csokiskex
Ezt a receptet a kislányommal készítettem. Szeret néha cukrászkodni apával, de természetesen ilyenkor egyszerű gyors sütiket sütünk. Ez a finomság 20-25 perc alatt kész is van.
Recept kb. 3 tepsire
50 g teljes kiőrlésű tönkölybúzaliszt
130 g Finomliszt
20 g kakaópor
1 tasak sütőpor
1 rúd vanília kikapart belseje
150 g porcukor
150 g puha vaj
2 egész tojás
150 g tejcsoki apróra vágva
A csoki kivételével az összes összetevőt keverjük össze, majd forgassuk bele óvatosan a csokidarabokat. Szilikonos sütőpapírra, vagy sütőfóliára kanalazzunk fél diónyi halmokat, egymástól 5 cm távolságra. 180 C-fokos előmelegített sütőben 12 perc alatt süssük készre.
